Billing Information
Patients must settle their full payment (Medicare Rebate + Gap for Consultation + Practice Service Fee) up front at the time of consultation. Payments are accepted by credit card, debit card or cash.
Patients who hold a valid concession card (Pension Card, Health Care Card, Commonwealth Seniors Card—or patients under the age of 16) are eligible for Bulk Billing Monday To Friday 8am to 4pm.
We accept payments through VISA, Mastercard, and EFTPOS. Surcharges apply for card payments. Medicare Rebate will be credited back into your nominated Bank account. The time for Medicare Rebate to your nominated bank account takes 1-2 days but it depends on Medicare. Private patients are not eligible for account/credit line Services.
CANCELLATION FEES
Please provide 2 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment. Failure to do so or failure to attend an appointment will result in a $60 charge. This policy applies to both doctor and allied health appointments.
TELEHEALTH CONSULTATION
Patients with a valid Medicare card must pay the total fee in full prior to the consultation, a Medicare rebate may be claimable if eligible (if you have been seen face-to-face for a consultation within the practice, or if you are actively registered with the practice under My Medicare)
Patients without a Medicare card must pay the total fee in full prior to the consultation, an invoice will be provided to submit to their insurer to claim if eligible.

Additional Fee
Additional fee is applicable to all patients including Children under 16 years of age, DVA Gold cardholders, Health Care card holders, Pension cardholders and Senior Red cardholders for minor surgical procedures, excisions, Iron infusion, Ear syringing, Implanon Insertion, Implanon removal dressings, skin checks, etc.
Please consult our reception team for further details. Full Payment (Medicare Rebate + Gap Fee + Procedure Fee + Practice Service Fee) is required on the consultation day.
