Dr Parisa Sahebnazar (FRACGP, LMCC Canada) is a General Practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience, providing comprehensive, patient-centred medical care for individuals and families.
Her clinical focus includes preventative health, chronic disease management, women’s health, skin
conditions, and family medicine. She has extensive experience managing metabolic conditions such
as obesity, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes mellitus, with an emphasis on early identification
of risk factors and structured, evidence-based long-term management.
Dr Sahebnazar has a particular interest in obesity and weight management, with a focus on
sustainable lifestyle and metabolic improvements supported by behavioural strategies and medical
therapy where appropriate.
In women’s health, she has a special interest in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), including its
metabolic and reproductive aspects, and provides individualised, evidence-based care.
She also provides dermatology care within general practice, including assessment and management
of acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, and other common skin conditions.
In addition, Dr Sahebnazar performs in-clinic procedures including iron infusions for iron
