NEW PATIENTS
If you would like to consult with a doctor, kindly click the button below to complete the new patient form.From 1st July 2024, for all Private Billing consultations the new fee structure will include a Gap of $30-$40 for GP consultation and a Gap of $10 (inc GST) for Practice Service Fee to cover the new Payroll Tax that was Implemented by the State Government from 1st July 2024 and the increasing cost of running the practice.
We operate as a Mixed Billing practice, incorporating both Bulk Billing and Private Billing, on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm and Private Billing after 4pm on weekdays, all day on weekends and on public holidays.
Payments are accepted by credit card, debit card or cash. We accept payments through VISA, Mastercard, and EFTPOS. Surcharges apply for card payments.

Mixed Billing incorporating both Bulk Billing and Private Billing.
We Bulk Bill Children under 16 years of age who have Valid Medicare card ,DVA Gold cardholders ,Health Care card holders, Pension cardholders and Senior Red cardholders during weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm.
Bulkbilling will not incur the Gap fee for consultations and Practice Service fee.
Private Billing patients must settle their full payment ( Medicare Rebate + Gap for Consultation + Gap for Practice Service Fee + Surcharges apply for card payments ) up front at the time of consultation. TELEHEALTH
To be eligible for a Medicare Rebate, patients must have had at least one face-to-face consultation in this medical centre within the last 12 months (a Medicare requirement, not our policy).
Telehealth Services are subject to Mixed Billing ( Bulik Billing and Private Billing ) every day, including weekends and public holidays.
Children under 16 years of age with valid Medicare cards , DVA Gold cardholders, Health Care cardholders, Pension cardholders, and Senior Red card holders would be Bulkbilled ( no Gap fee apply ) if they had a face-to-face consultation in this medical centre within the last 12 months (as per Medicare requirements).
Others are considered private patients and must pay in full (Medicare Rebate if eligible + Gap $30 + Practice Service Fee $10+ Surcharges apply for card payments) before consultation.
Medicare Rebate if eligible will be credited back into your nominated Bank account. The time for Medicare Rebate to your nominated bank account takes 1-2 days but it depends on Medicare.
Private insurance patients will receive an emailed invoice to submit to their insurer for a Rebate if eligible.

Telehealth consultations for patients not eligible for Medicare Rebate or without private insurance are charged at 82.85 + Surcharge apply for card payments.
We do not prescribe S4/S8 medications (Panadeine Forte, Oxazepam, Valium, Zanax, Tramadol, Oxycontin, Serepax etc) over the phone consultation. Some Doctors may not prescribe Antibiotics over the phone.
Doctors may request to come face to face consultation if required for physical examination after Telehealth.
ADDITIONAL FEE:
Additional fee is applicable to all patients including Children under 16 years of age, DVA Gold cardholders, Health Care card holders, Pension cardholders and Senior Red cardholders for minor surgical procedures, excisions, Iron infusion, Ear syringing, Implanon Insertion, Implanon removal dressings, skin checks, etc. Please consult our reception team for details. CANCELLATION FEES
Please provide 6 hours’ notice when canceling an appointment. Failure to do so or failure to attend an appointment will result in a $60 charge. This policy applies to both doctor and allied health appointments.
OVERSEAS VISITORS
We are in partnership with Bupa. Patients with a valid Bupa card only need to pay the Gap $30-$40 +Practice Service fee $10 + Surcharges apply for card payments, and the consultation fee will be directly debited from the Bupa insurer. Other overseas visitors will be expected to pay the fee in full (Consultation Fee + Gap $30-$40 + Practice Service Fee $10 + Surcharges apply for card payments) after the consultation. Please ensure you bring your valid membership card.
ALLIED HEALTH
Allied Health accepts referrals from other medical centres, private health extras, Work Cover, insurance claims, as well as private payments. Most of the Referrals to Allied Health under a GP Management Plan or Mental Health Care Plan have no out-of-pocket expenses. Some Allied health may charge a Gap. Please consult our doctor to determine your eligibility for GP Management Plan or Mental Health Care Plan.

- Private Billing: All patients must settle their accounts in full (Medicare rebate plus $30.00 for standard consultation and $40.00 for long consultation) on the day of consultation. Facilities are available to promptly return the Medicare rebate to your bank account if you present in person.
- Bulk Billing: Applicable to patients holding valid Medicare cards children under 16 years of age, DVA Gold cardholders, Health Care cardholders, Pension cardholders, and Senior cardholders (Red). During weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm, these patients will not be charged the gap of $30-$40 for face-to-face consultations.
